FIRST WINNER OF WEST JAVA PROVINCE BEST ACHIEVEMENT TEACHER

Every year the government holds Best Achievement Teachers competition. It begins from school level, city, province and finally National.
As I was chosen School winner of Best Achievement Teacher in teaching English through website, I took a city competition level. In this competition, I had some tests such as educational knowledge, government rules for teacher, an action research paper presentation of what we had taught to our students, interview to some students, colleagues, headmaster and supervisor by the judges about our personality.
I was chosen as the first winner in my city and I had to join Province Teacher Competition.
In this competition, I became the first winner for Senior High School teacher. Therefore I joined National Competition in Jakarta. We had 2 full day tests. The schedule started from 7.30 a.m to 10 pm. Having finished the test we had some session which represented by very good keynote speakers such as Kak Seto, I Gede Raka, Soemarno Soedarsono and the committee brought us to legislative building to hear Indonesian President speech and we went to Indonesian President Palace to have Indonesian Independence Ceremony. Finally Mr.Bambang Yudhoyono, Indonsian President, invited us to come to Sahid Hotel to have a photo taken together. It was a wonderful time I have ever had. Although I didn’t win in National Competition, I had so many exciting experiences, learned many things and had a lot of friends around Indonesia.
