Lesson Study
Lesson Study comes from Japan. It is a model of professional construction of educators through learning research collaboratively and continuously based on collegiality and mutual learning to build learning community, collaboratively both in subject matter and teaching method. Firstly they analyze teaching learning problem and later they find the solution which based on students centered. Secondly, one teacher implement teaching learning process while the others act as collaborator to observe its process. Finally they will make reflection to make a better one.
Training for Indonesian English Teacher
The purpose of this training is providing English teachers to gain the competency to develop teaching administration based on English “KTSP” ( Educational School Level Curriculum) in Senior High School, and preparing them to be the agents of change to distribute their abilities to other English teachers in their regions.. The participants is 75 English teachers from 12 provinces in Indonesia. Every teacher must have professional, pedagogic, social and personality competency. It is necessary to up grade teachers’ competency to attaint the demand of the regulations as well increasing the quality of instructional process of school.

Dreams andTeams Activity

The students from UK, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippine, Taiwan, and Singapore (65) are giving instructions to 300 Elementary students as participants of Mini Olimpic. This is the main event of Dreams and Teams activity. In this event they learn how to organize, manage, lead and get confidence to speak English in front of many people using English as a main tool for communication. 300 Elementary students in Malaysia get involved happily in this event.

MegaconferenceJunior 2007
.It is the first time for Indonesia to join this event and we are one of the presenter. I trained 24 students from all schools to prepare for the presentation together with all their teachers. I hope The teachers can join it by themselves next year. There are 200 school participants and 24 presenters which are selected by the coordinator. We are supported by ITB (Institute Technology of Bandung). We are successfully promoted Indonesia through presentation of Traditional Dance, Instrument, Unique animal, Special Food, Festival and Tourist Object.
All the principals, the head of principal, legislative person and Journalist see this event.

I also practice best practice in making rubric in my class. Finally they make performance in story telling. It works well because the students know the rule exactly in what they have to do for having an excellent mark.
I have implemented some best practices that I had from East West Center that made me teach in various methods and strategies. I am so happy to know that my students look happier in studying English.

East West Center In Honolulu
I have been joining Implementing Best Practise and Learning Across Culture in East West Center, Honolulu. It is held from September, 16, 2006 to October 7, 2006 in two places. The first week we are in Hawaii, and then go to Mainland with different states. I am going to New York on Saturday. I will be staying there fo 5 days and come back to Hawaii for a week and go back to Indonesia to share manything I have to my friends in Indonesia.
It is so exciting that I learn many things from this course.
We learn many different cultures as well as the similirities among Indonesian, Thailand and American.

The Principal of Scarsdale Secondary school who accompany us take a look around Scarsdale, one of the best school in New York. I am lucky to have a great apportunity to come to this school. I learn many things in this school. Almost all teachers implement Best Practice here.

Improving Academic writing skill and Implementing Best Practices. On this ocation, Ms.Agustin gave explanation how to practice
Inside and outside circle in Multiple Intelligent implementation. About 35 English teachers in Bandung participated. They were so happy that they got a new experience in having best practice in new teaching learning strategy.
I implemented inside and outside sircle in my class. It worked well with 48 students. They were so happy and excited so much.
24 students who stayed inside talking about television programs. While the other 24 students stayed outside as observers. After having finished this, they gave feedback to other students. I got surprised when the observers gave feedback in detail.

FIRST WINNER OF WEST JAVA PROVINCE BEST ACHIEVEMENT TEACHER
As I was chosen School winner of Best Achievement Teacher in teaching English through website, I took a city competition level. In this competition, I had some tests such as educational knowledge, government rules for teacher, an action research paper presentation of what we had taught to our students, interview to some students, colleagues, headmaster and supervisor by the judges about our personality.
I was chosen as the first winner in my city and I had to join Province Teacher Competition.
In this competition, I became the first winner for Senior High School teacher. Therefore I joined National Competition in Jakarta. We had 2 full day tests. The schedule started from 7.30 a.m to 10 pm. Having finished the test we had some session which represented by very good keynote speakers such as Kak Seto, I Gede Raka, Soemarno Soedarsono and the committee brought us to legislative building to hear Indonesian President speech and we went to Indonesian President Palace to have Indonesian Independence Ceremony. Finally Mr.Bambang Yudhoyono, Indonsian President, invited us to come to Sahid Hotel to have a photo taken together. It was a wonderful time I have ever had. Although I didn’t win in National Competition, I had so many exciting experiences, learned many things and had a lot of friends around Indonesia.
